At 9:03:29 AM on 6/24/2019, ITS detected a problem with the PureCloud ACD System. The 962-HELP phone system is currently degraded due to call quality issues. Users can access help services through help.unc.edu.
Members of the ITS staff are working to resolve the issue and to identify the root cause of the service interruption. Updates will be communicated as they become available.
