Scheduled - We will be enabling CarolinaKey support on the VPN service. This entails switching from using the Cisco Secure Client/AnyConnect's built-in browser (the popup window showing the SSO page currently) to using the OS' default web browser on the user's device.

We do not anticipate any technical issues with this change. The only change will be that
1. Users can finally use CarolinaKey when VPNing in
2. The workflow will change slightly in that their default browser will open to show the SSO page
