Telecommunications will update the UNC branding in the Ping application starting 5AM on January 16th. Users will see the change when they log in or if they are logged in, at the next client data refresh point. Refresh happens every 4 hours. User can also force a refresh using the “Clear cache and reload” button in settings --> Help & About.
