Earlier incident activity was caused by elevated automated traffic (bots, scrapers, and automated tools) generating excessive requests, resulting in intermittent performance degradation.
We are actively monitoring traffic and updating rules to block unwanted patterns, and working with vendors to strengthen protections. The Major Incident will remain open while we continue active monitoring and validation of stability.
