At 6:23 AM, a legacy Cisco VSS pair (fluffy) had an event which rebooted both chassis causing an outage to the VPN, ITS Manning Tier 1, Athletics AV Tier 1, Campus Services and the Hosted Data Center. The outage lasted until the pair rebooted and came back online ar9und 6:45. This is a pair of equipment that will be sent to pasture with the fabric migration and is not currently available for support from Cisco. If the event reoccurs, we will be isolating one of the chassis members to remove the situation that forced them to reboot. The equipment had an uptime of 6 years

The ITS Operations Center detected a significant network issue impacting the campus network starting at 0623a. Engineers determined the root cause and quickly resolved the incident. We will continue to monitor for stability.
