Beginning the week of September 29, 2025 and ending the week of October 13, 2025, the firmware on all Mitel 6867i telephones will be systematically upgraded to the latest available version. These updates are scheduled to occur between midnight and 6:00 a.m. If you experience any issues with your desk phone, please submit a ticket using this link: https://go.unc.edu/RequestService or call 919-962-4357 and select option 5 for ITS-Telecommunications.
