We had a problem on master iQuila server on 3/26 that the VRRP floating IP stopped functioning as it should. The problem caused all iQuila remote offices to drop off line during business hours. We had to power off the master server and forced all traffic to failover to the standby in order to resume connectivity for those remote sites. This window is to work with vendor to identify the root cause of the problem and resolution.
All iQuila remote sites may experience intermittent network connectivity issues during the change window. The remote locations are listed below:
